How You'll Make an Impact

As the Senior Talent Experience Specialist, you are the single HR presence on the ground - owning the full employee lifecycle from the moment a candidate applies to the day an employee exits. You are the decision-maker, the trusted advisor, and the cultural anchor for our Hanoi office, operating in close alignment with the Talent Experience team in Ho Chi Minh City.

Success in this role requires more than functional HR knowledge. It calls for someone who can move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution, navigate ambiguity without losing momentum, and build genuine trust with both employees and leadership. What You'll Do

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Support end-to-end hiring for Hanoi roles when they open - from screening and interview coordination to offer logistics, ensuring a smooth handoff into onboarding.
  • Own the full employee lifecycle for the Hanoi office end-to-end: from onboarding through offboarding, ensuring every transition is handled with structure and care.
  • Design a new hire experience that gets people productive and genuinely connected fast - not a checklist, but a real integration into the team.
  • Run exit interviews and synthesize feedback into actionable insights; treat offboarding as a data source, not a formality.

Employee Relations & Culture

  • Be the trusted HR presence employees come to before problems become complaints - across all levels, acting on early signals before they escalate.
  • Own culture continuity for a team that punches above its size.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Handle the day-to-day HR touchpoints for a lean team.
  • Manage office vendors with SLA discipline - set expectations, track performance, hold accountable.
  • Support managers through performance conversations and coordinate the annual review cycle for the Hanoi team - ensuring local execution stays on track and edge cases are flagged early.

People Insights & AI-Augmented Work

  • Synthesize what you observe on the ground into clear, concise people insights that inform decisions.
  • Use AI tools to analyze people data, identify patterns, and develop concrete recommendations - moving from insight to action faster.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years across multiple HR domains - with hands-on experience as the sole or primary HR presence in a lean team; startup or tech background is a strong plus.
  • Business Owner mindset - you take full ownership of HR outcomes and make calls without waiting for central approval on things you already know need to be done.
  • Relationship Manager - trust is your currency; employees, managers, and stakeholders come to you before problems escalate.
  • Domain Expert - you can navigate the full HR lifecycle end-to-end, including the hard cases: difficult exits, grey-area performance situations, compliance questions that aren't in the handbook.
  • AI-native - you actively use tools like Claude, Gemini or ChatGPT to draft, analyze, and prototype; you craft clear prompts, evaluate outputs critically, and use AI to genuinely expand your output - not to look modern.
  • Bias for action - you produce things that are done, not decks about what could be done; you spot problems, run experiments, and own results end-to-end.
  • Cross-domain & Growth - you navigate across functions without friction and invest in your own development proactively.
