Trusting Social is an AI Fintech pioneer that's revolutionizing credit access in emerging markets. Our mission is "Advancing AI to Meet the Financial Needs of Everyday Consumers with Empathy." We've assessed over 1 billion consumers across four countries, and we're on a mission to provide 100 million credit lines using the power of AI and Big Data.

What You'll Do

Commercial Business Partnering

  • Own the end-to-end financial projection models for our US AI collections business (Kompato), as well as selected business lines in Mexico, Philippines, Indonesia, and India — covering operational data, commercial data, revenue, cost, and cash flow projections that can withstand scrutiny from management, investors, and lenders.
  • Build and maintain driver-based financial models linking commercial KPIs and operational data, such as collection rates, portfolio acquisition costs, recovery curves, and deployment assumptions, to financial outcomes with high forecasting accuracy.
  • Analyze detailed business drivers from a financial perspective and produce actionable insights for management and commercial teams.
  • Serve as the primary finance partner for Kompato and other assigned growth initiatives, helping teams sharpen decisions on pricing, portfolio economics, and investment trade-offs.

Multi-Market Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Build independent business cases for new product launches, partnerships, market entries, and strategic investments across all markets, enabling financial oversight and ROI evaluation on major initiatives for the Group.
  • Partner with in-country leadership and Country Finance Managers across all markets to evaluate growth initiatives, quotation / pricing decisions, and unit economics.
  • Support the CEO’s investment decision framework: evaluate active bets across markets and ensure proposals pass agreed financial gating criteria before reaching the CEO.
  • Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process for Kompato (US) and Group consolidation covering Mexico, Philippines, Indonesia, India, and Vietnam.
  • Develop scenario, sensitivity, and downside-case analysis to support capital allocation and faster decision-making

Stakeholder Management & Investor Relations

  • Engage commercial and operating teams with executive presence — hold your ground in financial discussions and use financial data to help teams uncover blind spots.
  • Prepare management reporting materials, board-deck inputs, and investor updates under the direction of the Group Finance Director and CEO.
  • Prepare board decks and investor updates under the direction of the Group Finance Director and CEO.
  • Support fundraising activities, including data rooms, investor Q&A, financial due diligence, and ad-hoc investor requests.
  • Translate operating data into finance-grade insight that management can use for decisions, not just reporting.

AI Automation & Enablement

  • Drive the AI-automation agenda for reporting and analysis, with a target of 80%+ automation of recurring board-pack and investor-reporting content in 60 days from joining.
  • Identify and deploy high-impact AI use cases across finance workstreams to improve productivity and shorten reporting turnaround time.
  • Work closely with the Finance AI Specialist and relevant team leads so automation is embedded into the operating model, not treated as side-project experimentation.

Team & Process Coordination

  • Act both as individual contributor as well as project lead for financial analysis workstreams, coordinating with the Strategic Finance Associate to deliver outputs on time and at high quality.
  • Collaborate closely with Accounting Managers across markets to ensure alignment between management reporting and statutory books.
  • Work with Country Finance Managers across the US, Mexico, Philippines, Indonesia, and India on reporting standards, budget submissions, and financial analysis, ensuring consistent quality and timeliness.
  • Help improve reporting discipline, data definitions, and financial planning processes across markets as the Group Finance function centralizes in Vietnam.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of total relevant experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, finance business partnering, management consulting, or Big 4 advisory.
  • Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and board-pack preparation.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-level, founder-level, board-level, and external counterparties. Must be comfortable pushing back constructively and communicating complex financial concepts clearly.
  • Experience working across multiple markets or geographies, with comfort in cross-border financial analysis, multi-currency planning, and transfer-pricing-related considerations.
  • Strong financial modeling skills in Excel / Google Sheets; comfortable building models from scratch as well as through AI.
  • Excellent written and spoken English — the role involves daily interaction with US stakeholders and regular interaction with cross-border teams.
  • Ability and commitment to overlap with US business hours 1–2 days per week.

NIice To Have

  • Prior exposure to US market financials or US-headquartered companies.
  • Fintech, lending, collections, or credit services industry experience.
  • Experience in a VC-backed environment, including fundraising support, investor requests, or data-room preparation.
  • High competency in AI enablement and automation deployment for finance workflows.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary benchmarked at upper-market range, including guaranteed 13th month salary and variable performance bonus.
  • Enterprise-grade AI tooling (Claude & Gemini) provided to every team member — we invest in tools that eliminate busywork so you can focus on analysis and judgment.
  • Direct exposure to the CEO in a high-visibility, high-impact role.
  • Opportunity to help build a centralized, AI-enabled finance function from Vietnam for a multi-market business.
  • A role with real influence on business decisions, capital allocation, and management insight — not just reporting production.
  • Comprehensive health care for you and your dependents.
  • Generous leave policies and flexible work hours.
  • Convenient District 1 office location (next to a metro station).
  • Onsite lunch with multiple options.
  • Grab for work allowance and fully equipped workstations.
  • Fun team-building activities, sponsored sports clubs, and Thursday happy hours.
  • Unlimited free coffee, tea, snacks, and fruit.
