Trusting Social builds accessible, responsible, and scalable mass-market credit products. Within our Partnership BU, we operate in agile, cross-functional teams to accelerate product launches. Our specific team is dedicated to driving user acquisition across both Cash Loan and Credit Card portfolios.

How You'll Make an Impact

You will create and grow new products and capabilities—from unsecured lending products (such as cash loans, installments, credit lines) to AI-enabled solutions—to solve customer and sales problems, unlock growth and help the business scale.

This role goes beyond backlog management. You will own the journey from "Is this worth building?" to "It is live—and delivering measurable business results." Product, business model, risk and growth all sit within your scope. AI is a core working tool, not a side project.

What you will own

Build new products and growth solutions

• Identify opportunities across financial products, customer journeys and sales channels.
• Design and launch new features, products and AI-enabled solutions that improve acquisition, conversion and sales productivity.
• Define target segments, customer propositions and product settings using data, user research and partner insights.
• Validate ideas through customer interviews, market research and rapid prototyping before scaling.
• Develop AI-enabled solutions to solve customer and acquisition problems that help the business scale.

Own products end to end

• Lead the full product lifecycle—from discovery and business case to requirements, delivery and launch—and continuously improve acquisition, conversion, revenue and customer experience through data-driven experimentation.
• Drive Engineering, Design, Risk, Data Science, Operations and partner teams to deliver.

Own partner product integrations

• Design and deliver product integrations with banks, finance companies and distribution partners to enable new channels and business growth.
• Translate partner constraints into practical product solutions, aligning stakeholders on customer journeys, system and data flows, responsibilities and operating procedures.

Scale delivery with AI

• Use AI to accelerate research, analysis, reporting, competitor monitoring and documentation.
• Build reusable AI workflows that improve the productivity of the wider team—not just your own.

What we're looking for

• 3–5 years of product experience in lending, fintech, or consumer finance.
• Hands-on experience with unsecured lending, such as cash loans, credit cards and installment loans.
• Strong product craft: able to map end-to-end customer journeys, product flows and decision logic (eligibility, approval, pricing, error and edge cases), and translate them into wireframes, user stories and acceptance criteria that Engineering, Design and Risk can build from.
• Comfortable designing and documenting integration flows — system, API and data flows between Trusting Social, partners and third-party providers — and explaining them clearly to both technical and business stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of financial-product economics, including acquisition cost, risk cost and margin.
• Strong analytical skills across funnels, cohorts and unit economics; comfortable working directly with data.
• Practical, daily use of AI tools, including multi-step workflows and task automation.
• Strong ownership, stakeholder management and learning agility.
• Fluent Vietnamese and professional English.

Nice to have: Experience in embedded lending or partner-led integrations; high EQ.
