We’re building an In-house Telesales Team at Trusting Social to support top banks/Financial institutions in Vietnam on credit card and personal loan sales.

This team will focus on high-quality calls, better conversion, and stronger customer experience, while working closely with product and client teams.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Operations & Sales Leadership

• Daily Coordination: Manage daily operations based on specific campaigns, including lead distribution, shift scheduling, and task prioritization.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs/SLAs and lead the team to meet targets (revenue, conversion rates, call quality, etc.).

2) Quality Management & Compliance

• QA/QC Implementation: Execute call monitoring, scoring, feedback sessions, and improvement training.
• Compliance: Ensure all consultations strictly follow internal processes, policies, and partner requirements.
• Performance Management: Manage overall team productivity and handle complex cases or escalations when necessary.

3) Recruitment, Training & Team Development

• Headcount Planning: Develop staffing plans based on project goals; oversee recruitment and onboarding for new telesales agents.
• Coaching: Conduct 1:1 coaching and group training sessions based on QA results and feedback from partners or customers.

4) Product/Project Launch & Process Optimization

• Operational Readiness: Update scripts, workflows, and policies; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time project go-live.
• Reporting & Analytics: Provide periodic reports, analyze root causes of issues, and implement rapid process improvements.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 3–5 years in telesales for financial products (loans, credit cards, insurance, etc.).
• Leadership: At least 1–2 years of experience managing a telesales or call center team.
• Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Banking/Consumer Finance processes (eligibility, documentation, approval, and disbursement).
• Core Skills: Strong expertise in KPI/SLA management, coaching, QA/QC, and compliance.
• Mindset: Data-driven mindset with a proactive approach to improvement; excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM systems, dialer software, call monitoring tools, and reporting.

Preferred:

• Experience in Startup/Fintech environments.
• Experience managing multi-campaign or fast-paced operations.
