We are looking for a qualified Data Scientist to join our top-priority AGI project. Your primary focus will be leveraging and developing ML models, and implementing novel solutions for various business problems.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and operate algorithms and machine learning models.
• Write and optimize LLM prompts for tasks such as classification, information extraction, analytical reasoning, and guiding voice/chat-bot behaviors.
• Extract actionable business insights from data and formulate business solutions based on data to improve the company's revenue.
• Actively learn about the market, seek out opportunities to innovate the customer acquisition, monitoring, engagement, and retention solutions using the latest AI technologies.
• Collaborate with colleagues and managers to resolve issues and deliver high-quality software within tight schedules.
• Share knowledge, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior team members as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience applying machine learning solutions to real-world business problems.
• Results-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to solve business problems using data-driven, quantitative methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex results clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to conduct research and innovate practical solutions.
• Proficiency in Python, database management systems, and SQL.
• Experience in software design and software development.
• Experience with bank-related products—such as unsecured personal loans and credit cards—is a plus.
