Apply

We are partnering with banks that are embracing changes toward digital banking - Credit Card Partnership. These changes are exciting but complex, and we are looking for team members who are motivated by big challenges and are ready to dive headlong into helping us grapple with complexity, build solutions, and turn our visions into a reality. Join us if you have the talent and desire to deliver financial access for all by advancing data science and technology.

How You'll Make an Impact

We’re looking for a Product Analyst who operates as a true business partner—someone who turns data into strategy, helps teams make better product and growth decisions, and builds an analytics practice that is AI-enabled by default. You’ll work across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and launch to growth, optimization, and quality monitoring.

What You'll Do

Product Analyst responsibilities include conducting full digital banking product lifecycle analysis, including analyzing requirements, conducting analyses, developing reports, dashboards, and data insight recommendations, also monitoring performance and quality control to identify improvements. Specifically, you will:

Collaborate deeply with Data Engineering & Data Science

  • Ensure data pipelines, event tracking, and data definitions are robust, consistent, and scalable.
  • Improve experimentation infrastructure and analytics workflows so insights can be delivered faster with higher confidence.

Own product analytics end-to-end

  • Own the full analytics loop: instrumentation → metric definition → analysis → insight synthesis → recommendation → impact tracking—ensuring insights translate into decisions and measurable outcomes.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting systems that are diagnostic and decision-oriented (explain drivers, isolate segments, surface anomalies), not just descriptive KPI tracking.
  • Proactively detect performance shifts, root causes, and risks (data quality, funnel breaks, cohort degradation), and drive structured follow-ups with teams to resolve them.

Be a strategic partner to the business

  • Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Business leaders to shape strategy across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and profitability—using data to guide priorities, tradeoffs, and investment decisions.
  • Turn ambiguous questions into structured problem statements, hypotheses, and decision frameworks; define what “success” means and how to measure it.
  • Identify and quantify growth opportunities through segmentation, cohort/funnel analysis, and customer behavior insights; recommend concrete levers (product changes, targeting, pricing/offer strategy, lifecycle messaging) with expected impact.
  • Design and evaluate experiments (A/B tests, …) to validate hypotheses and convert learnings into repeatable playbooks.

AI-first analytics

We expect you to leverage AI/GenAI tools (advanced LLMs, AutoML, intelligent assistants) to improve speed, depth, and creativity of analytics:

  • Insight acceleration: generate faster analytical summaries, diagnostic hypotheses, and root-cause explanations from large/complex datasets.
  • AI-assisted brainstorming: use AI to propose growth ideas, feature hypotheses, and experiment variants grounded in behavioral patterns.
  • Market & competitor research: synthesize external signals (market trends, competitor features, customer sentiment) to support product strategy.
  • Automation: streamline data cleaning, documentation, reporting, and QA checks to reduce manual work and increase consistency.
  • Proactively detect performance shifts, root causes, and risks (data quality, funnel breaks, cohort degradation), and drive structured follow-ups with teams to resolve them.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven working experience as a data analyst,
  • Have knowledge of credit products is optional.
  • Adept at full task flow from data query and collecting, report writing, to presenting findings based on significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with databases (SQL).
  • Familiar with tools for analyzing datasets (Excel, VBA, R, Python, etc).
  • Have experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Google Data Studio, Tableau, Metabase, QlikView, etc.

What We Offer

Join our vibrant team and enjoy:

  • Competitive compensation, including 13th-month salary and performance bonuses.
  • Comprehensive health care for you and your dependents.
  • Generous leave policies and flexible work hours.
