We’re building an In-house Telesales Team at Trusting Social to support top banks/Financial institutions in Vietnam on credit card and personal loan sales.

This team will focus on high-quality calls, better conversion, and stronger customer experience, while working closely with product and client teams.

Instead of working for an outsourced vendor, you’ll join an in-house telesales model — where your calls matter, your feedback is valued, and your performance directly shapes real results.

• Work with top banks in Vietnam on real financial products

What You'll Do

You’ll be assigned to different telesales projects depending on business needs, such as:

1. Leads from the system:
   • Cross-sell to existing customers
   • Re-engage drop-off users who didn’t finish the signup process
   • New acquisition calls for credit cards or loans
2. Warm transfer leads from AGI system:
   Handle calls that the AI system cannot solve — talk to customers, clarify their needs, and complete the conversation with empathy.
   
   
3. Ad-hoc campaigns:
   Join short-term projects like:

• • Introducing new products or promotions
  • Inviting customers to join product trials or interviews
  • Conducting customer surveys or feedback calls

Daily task:

• Make calls and convert customers for different products and campaigns
• Communicate clearly and confidently about product benefits and fees
• Adjust your script and tone for different customer types
• Meet and exceed KPIs like Connection Rate, Conversion Rate, #Card, Loan amount and Call Quality
• Share customer feedback and help improve call scripts or offers
• Work closely with your team to adapt quickly to new campaigns

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of telesales experience in banking, finance, or insurance
• Good understanding of credit card and loan products in the market
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Fast learner who can adapt to many product types and use cases
• Team player, result-driven, and confident to take ownership
