Trusting Social is an AI Fintech pioneer that's revolutionizing credit access in emerging markets. Our mission is "Advancing AI to Meet the Financial Needs of Everyday Consumers with Empathy." We've assessed over 1 billion consumers across four countries, and we're on a mission to provide 100 million credit lines using the power of AI and Big Data.

How You'll Make an Impact

Our Partnerships team drives the commercial relationships that bring Trusting Social's credit products to market — from Credit Card to Unsecured Personal Loan (UPL). This role owns the full execution lifecycle of partnership projects: aligning internal teams across Product, Tech, Legal, and Marketing; managing partner onboarding from contract signing to go-live; and keeping complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams on track without losing momentum. You'll work alongside experienced partnership managers and product leads, accountable end-to-end for the outcomes you drive.

The people who thrive here are deliberate before they move and fast once they decide. They listen to partners and internal stakeholders before acting, consider downstream impact across functions, and communicate with precision rather than volume. They don't wait for central approval to clear a blocker — they read the situation, make the call, and escalate only when the stakes genuinely demand it. If you're energized by real accountability, complex coordination, and the chance to build something that matters, this role was designed for you.

What You'll Do

Partnership Project Execution

  • Own end-to-end delivery of Credit Card and UPL partnership projects — from initial scoping and timeline planning through implementation and post-launch review.
  • Track project milestones proactively, surface blockers early, and drive resolution without waiting to be prompted.
  • Maintain structured documentation and reporting across all active projects, ensuring full visibility for internal teams and external partners alike.

Partner Onboarding & Operations

  • Own the complete partner onboarding process: merchant integration, campaign go-live setup, and feature enablement — accountable from signed contract to operational launch.
  • Prepare, review, and manage all contracts and legal documents required to onboard new partners.
  • Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure every stage meets regulatory and operational standards, flagging risk before it becomes a problem.

Cross-functional Coordination

  • Align Product, Tech, Legal, and Marketing around shared partnership timelines and deliverables, managing dependencies across teams with competing priorities.
  • Build accountability structures that keep cross-functional stakeholders on track — through clear communication, not escalation.
  • Synthesize inputs from multiple functions into coherent project plans and crisp partner-facing communications.

Performance Reporting & Insights

  • Produce bi-weekly performance reports on project and campaign outcomes for senior leadership and external partners — data-informed, not just descriptive.
  • Read the metrics before acting: identify patterns in partner feedback and operational data, then propose concrete process improvements based on what the evidence shows.
  • Own results, not just tasks — flag what's working, escalate what isn't, and drive continuous improvement across every partnership you manage.

What We're Looking For

Experience & Background

  • 2–3 years of experience in partnership management, project coordination, or operations roles.
  • Exposure to contracts, legal documentation, or compliance-adjacent workflows.
  • Startup, fintech, or e-commerce background is a strong plus.

How You Work

  • You think analytically — you break down complex workflows, spot gaps before they become blockers, and actively use AI tools to extend your capacity without extending your hours.
  • You take initiative before you're asked: when a partner has a need, you own the path from request to resolution without waiting to be assigned.
  • You connect across domains — you understand how a Legal requirement shapes a Product timeline, how a partner constraint ripples into a Tech dependency, and how to coordinate it all without losing anyone.
  • You're genuinely invested in getting better: you seek feedback, experiment with new approaches, and hold yourself to a higher bar each quarter than the one before.

Skills & Competencies

  • Business Owner — Takes full accountability for partnership outcomes from kickoff to post-launch; makes calls under ambiguity without waiting for central sign-off.
  • Relationship Manager — Builds measurable trust with partners and internal stakeholders; keeps pipelines moving and relationships strong through clear, consistent communication.
  • Domain Expert — Develops deep fluency in Credit Card and UPL partnership processes; documents edge cases and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Strong project management skills: capable of managing multiple concurrent workstreams with competing deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, project tracking tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack), and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written — professional fluency required).
  • High adaptability and comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
