How You'll Make an Impact

As an HR Generalist, you'll play a key role in shaping an exceptional employee experience while supporting the company's continued growth. You'll partner with leaders and employees across the organization, ensuring HR operations run efficiently, recruitment attracts top talent, and our people programs foster a high-performance culture. Your work will directly contribute to building an engaged, compliant, and future-ready workforce.


What You'll Do

  • Support end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new hires.

  • Source top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

  • Design, implement, and continuously improve HR processes, policies, and employee programs.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.

  • Conduct market intelligence, competitor benchmarking, salary research, and talent mapping.

  • Support employee onboarding, offboarding, engagement, and learning initiatives.

  • Coordinate performance management, career development, coaching, and employee relations activities.

  • Prepare payroll reconciliation reports and coordinate with third-party payroll vendors.

  • Manage employee benefits administration, including health insurance and vendor coordination.

  • Prepare job offer analyses and support compensation-related activities.

  • Organize employee engagement events, HR communications, and company activities.

  • Maintain accurate HR documentation, employee records, and HRIS data.

  • Assist with employee business travel and other HR administrative responsibilities.

  • Participate in HR projects that improve employee experience and operational excellence.


What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience in both recruitment and HR operations.

  • Solid understanding of labor laws and HR compliance.

  • Experience using HRIS platforms and recruitment systems.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience preparing reports and interpreting HR data.

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and technology-driven environment.

  • Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take ownership of initiatives.


Preferred Skills & Competencies

  • Experience supporting technology, fintech, startup, or high-growth organizations.

  • Knowledge of payroll processes and benefits administration.

  • Experience managing HR vendors and external partners.

  • Familiarity with HR analytics and dashboard reporting.

  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams and functions.

  • Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for creating better employee experiences.

  • Adaptable, resilient, and eager to embrace new technologies, including AI-powered HR tools.
