How You'll Make an Impact
We are looking for a dedicated C&B Specialist, reporting directly to the Payroll Manager, to own the accurate and timely execution of core HR operations — payroll processing, SHUI management, labor contract administration, and HR systems compliance.

What You'll Do
Payroll Operations & Reporting
- Own end-to-end monthly payroll processing — from data consolidation to disbursement — ensuring zero-error execution within defined timelines.
- Build and maintain payroll reports that surface meaningful insights to HR leadership and finance partners; flag anomalies before they become issues.
- Drive continuous improvement in payroll workflows by identifying manual bottlenecks and implementing automation or AI-assisted solutions to reduce processing time and error rates.
Compulsory Insurance (SHUI) Management
- Own SHUI registration, adjustment, and de-registration cycles in full compliance with Vietnamese labor law; maintain accurate records across all employee movements.
- Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and proactively update internal processes to ensure sustained compliance without reactive scrambles.
- Coordinate with relevant government agencies and cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal) to resolve discrepancies with speed and precision.
Labor Contracts & HR Administration
- Manage the full lifecycle of labor contracts — drafting, renewal, termination — with meticulous attention to legal accuracy and internal policy alignment.
- Maintain HR data integrity across systems; own the data as a source of truth, not just a record of transactions.
- Produce clear, timely documentation and internal reports that enable data-informed decisions by HR leadership.
AI & Technology Integration
- Actively research and apply AI tools, Excel automation, and emerging HR tech to modernize C&B workflows — reduce manual effort, increase throughput, and improve data quality.
- Share learnings with the team; help raise the collective capability bar by documenting new methods and building repeatable processes from proven experiments.
What We're Looking For
Experience & Background
- 2–5 years of hands-on C&B experience, with demonstrated ownership of payroll and SHUI operations.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Background in Fintech, technology, or a fast-paced startup environment is a strong plus.

Skills & Competencies
- Business Owner — Takes full accountability for payroll accuracy and compliance outcomes; makes judgment calls within their domain without waiting for central approval on every detail.
- Domain Expert — Knows Vietnamese labor law, SHUI regulations, and C&B best practices deeply enough to catch edge cases, advise internal stakeholders, and document reliable processes others can follow.
- Relationship Manager — Earns employee trust through consistent accuracy, responsive communication, and a service mindset that treats every payroll query as worth resolving well.
- AI Operator — Integrates AI and automation into daily C&B workflows with discipline; monitors output quality and adapts tools when results drift below standard.
- Proficiency in payroll software, HRIS systems, and advanced Excel (or equivalent data tools).
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written — professional fluency required).
- High adaptability and comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
