How You'll Make an Impact
EVO is Trusting Social’s consumer-facing brand, built to bring credit access to underserved consumers across Southeast Asia. As EVO Brand Manager, you own the full brand journey — from positioning and messaging strategy through to campaign execution and performance measurement. You work at the intersection of marketing, data, and product, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure every touchpoint is consistent and drives real business results.
The right person here is a builder, not a brand guardian. You bring sharp consumer instincts, back them with data, and move fast enough to test ideas before the market shifts. You communicate clearly across functions that don’t always speak the same language, and you hold yourself accountable for business outcomes — not just awareness numbers.
What You'll Do
Brand Positioning & Strategy
- Own EVO's brand positioning, messaging architecture, and communication methodology across consumer segments.
- Develop and maintain brand standards that enable consistency without creating rigidity across channels and markets.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Design and lead integrated marketing programs across digital, direct response, and relevant offline channels.
- Build business cases at the proposal stage — with clear assumptions, KPIs, and investment rationale — and make go/no-go recommendations without waiting for central direction.
Consumer Insights & Research
- Initiate and manage marketing research projects that generate actionable consumer insights
- Synthesize signals from market data, campaign performance, and qualitative research into clear strategic recommendations that inform the next move.
Cross-functional & Agency Coordination
- Partner with product, sales, data, and external agencies to align on priorities and deliver on time.
- Act as the single point of accountability for agency outputs — briefing clearly, reviewing critically, and escalating early when quality drifts.
Performance & AI-Augmented Operations
- Own brand performance dashboards; read metrics before acting and course-correct in near real-time.
- Apply AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, content ideation, and campaign reporting — evaluating outputs critically before acting on them.
What We're Looking For
Experience & Background
- 8+ years in brand management, including at least 3 years at Marketing Manager level.
- Domain experience in Fintech, e-commerce, FMCG, or banking; startup or AI-first background is a strong plus.
- Proven track record building marketing operations from scratch, not just inheriting existing programs.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.

- You treat every campaign as a learning experiment and update your playbook when the data tells you to, not when it is convenient.
Skills & Competencies
- Business Owner — Takes full accountability for brand outcomes end-to-end; makes positioning and budget calls without needing central approval.
- Domain Expert — Owns the brand craft deeply enough to brief, challenge, and elevate agency work; documents what works and shares it across the team.
- Relationship Manager — Builds and sustains trust with agency partners and internal stakeholders; the quality of the work pipeline is measurable.
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written — professional fluency required).
- High adaptability and comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
