How You'll Make an Impact

This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Sales, and real-world execution. You will own the day-to-day health of our onboarding, payment, merchant, and sales-incentive flows — and then systematically automate the manual work out of them.

What You'll Do

Operational Reliability & Execution

  • Own the day-to-day health of EVO merchant/POS activation and payment, voucher, and transaction flows.
  • Monitor key metrics (onboarding success rate, completion TAT, transaction success rate) and proactively detect anomalies.
  • Triage and resolve incidents — failed transactions, data mismatches, system errors, partner and customer issues — driving each to root cause.
  • Coordinate with Product, Customer Support, Sales, and Bank/Merchant partners to resolve issues within agreed SLAs.

Merchant & Partner Onboarding

  • Standardize the merchant/partner onboarding process with a clear RACI model covering POS activation.
  • Drive POS merchant onboarding toward ≤1 business day end-to-end, removing manual coordination steps.
  • Implement AI-assisted onboarding: OCR document extraction and automated e-contract workflows (we'll train you on these tools).
  • Validate every onboarding setup through controlled checks before go-live.

Sales Operations — Tracking, Incentive & Commission

  • Build and maintain sales-performance dashboards across the funnel at daily, weekly, and monthly cadence — auto-aggregated and distributed to leadership.
  • Design and calculate Sales Incentive Plans (SIP): monthly/quarterly commissions and bonuses for the sales force — accurate and on time.
  • Manage partner/affiliate commissions and trade-promotion programs (campaigns and contests).
  • Safeguard sales-data integrity; act as the bridge between Sales and the Data/Tech/Supporting teams.
  • Track sales force activity status: onboard, offboard, daily reports, timesheets, and codes.

Process Improvement, Optimization & Automation

  • Map and analyze current processes to remove inefficiencies; deliver root-cause fixes, not one-off resolutions.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, guidelines, templates, and documentation for consistent, error-reducing execution.
  • Build automation for recurring operational work: report generation, partner proposal generation, contract-template generation, sales-scheme generation, commission/incentive reconciliation, and status auto-updates.
  • Use SQL, Sheets, and low-code automation tools to reduce manual workload and shift routine cross-team tasks to auto-triggered workflows.
  • Apply the DDSA discipline — Delete, Delegate, Simplify, Automate — to every workflow you own.

Data, Dashboards & Operational Intelligence

  • Build and maintain operational dashboards for KPIs, offers/campaigns, and partner SLAs.
  • Integrate operational data into the central CMS so any team member can query status without manual data pulls.
  • Deliver automated, near-real-time digests to Ops and leadership.

Feedback Loop to Product & Launch Readiness

  • Act as the voice of operations in product discussions; translate on-the-ground issues into clear product requirements.
  • Build a zero-touch automated workflow before each product/partner launch — no manual workarounds at go-live.
  • Ensure that partner onboarding interactions are traceable and auditable within SLA commitments.
  • Over time, take ownership of small product/operations initiatives as part of your growth path.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have

  • 3+ years in Operations, Sales Ops, Business Ops, or Data Ops — in Fintech, Banking, Consumer Finance, E-commerce, or any environment with transaction, partner, or campaign operations.
  • SQL — required. We will test this in screening. Comfort writing queries to pull, join, and analyze operational data is non-negotiable.
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets: complex formulas, Pivot Tables, data validation, and query functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: comfortable working with operational data, reconciling discrepancies, and driving issues to closure.
  • Automation mindset with hands-on experience using any low-code or scripting tool — n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate, Google Apps Script, or equivalent. If you haven't used these specific tools but can demonstrate you learn new tools quickly, that works too.
  • AI readiness: you use AI tools daily, can craft effective prompts, and critically evaluate outputs to improve your own productivity.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills; able to explain complex calculations simply to Sales and partner teams.
  • Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple parallel tasks against deadlines and SLAs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Vietnamese required.

Strong Advantage (Nice-to-Have — not a filter)

  • Banking, consumer finance, or insurance background with experience in complex commission or incentive structures.
  • Data visualization with PowerBI or Tableau.
  • Ability to start immediately.
