The Personal Finance Platform you will lead is the first step toward that vision.

What you will own

• Product strategy, roadmap, and measurable goals for the Personal Finance Platform, with full profit-and-loss accountability for the product.
• Deep customer insight — continuously researching the financial pains, behaviours, and unmet needs of mass-market Vietnamese consumers, and turning them into product decisions.
• The end-to-end customer experience across the platform — making every journey simple, transparent, and trustworthy for first-time and underbanked users.
• Market and competitive awareness — tracking the consumer-finance market, competitor moves, and regulation, and keeping the product direction up to date.
• The first product launch in Q4-2026 — discovery, scope, and launch decisions — directing the product owner and the cross-functional team.
• The cross-sell and lifecycle solution that lifts customer lifetime value.
• Orchestration of AI agents and people across engineering, data, risk, growth, and bank partners — deciding what to delegate to AI versus people, and measuring the productivity gain.
• Cross-functional alignment and clear, decision-ready briefings to leadership on trade-offs and risks.

Must-have qualifications

• A deep passion for solving customers’ real financial pains, and genuine empathy for mass-market and underbanked consumers.
• Senior or lead product management experience in consumer finance, lending, or card products.
• Demonstrated zero-to-one or platform ownership — taking a product from concept to launch.
• Strong customer-insight and customer-experience instincts, backed by data.
• Experience improving customer lifetime value, retention, or multi-product adoption.
• Roadmap and profit-and-loss ownership; comfortable making and defending scope and launch trade-offs.
• Stakeholder leadership across engineering, data, risk, and growth, plus partner-facing coordination.
• Strong fluency with AI tools and an agent-orchestration mindset (see section 7).
• Fluent Vietnamese and English.

Nice to have

• Experience with credit cards, cash loans, balance transfer, or installment products.
• Experience working with bank or financial-institution partners under a governance context.
• Hands-on experience building or shipping AI-augmented product workflows.
