How You'll Make an Impact

Trusting Social's co-lending business grows through partnerships that require sustained institutional trust — and this role is the person who builds and holds that trust. You will own the day-to-day relationship with our bank partners across two co-lending tracks, serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholder communication, milestone tracking, and escalation resolution. Working closely with the product, technology, and risk teams, you translate partner requirements into internal deliverables and keep both sides aligned through every phase of a partnership.

The person who thrives here listens carefully before acting — hearing what a bank partner says and what they mean — then moves decisively to close the gap. You are not satisfied with maintaining the status quo: you look for ways to raise the bar on how partnerships are run, how documentation is produced, and how AI tools can take more of the routine load so you can focus on the judgment calls. You communicate with precision, stay aware of the downstream impact of every message that reaches a partner, and build reusable workflows that make you and the team faster over time.

What You'll Do

Partner Relationship Management

• Own the day-to-day relationship with assigned bank partners — the primary contact for stakeholder communication, governance touchpoints, and escalation handling across both co-lending tracks.
• Build genuine trust with counterparts at every level, from operational teams to senior executives, and make calls on partner issues without waiting for central approval.

Project Coordination & Delivery

• Drive milestone tracking, partner alignment, and issue resolution across active co-lending projects, keeping both sides accountable to agreed timelines.
• Synthesize progress signals into clear status updates for internal and partner audiences, and surface blockers before they become delays.

Requirements Translation & Documentation

• Translate partner requirements into precise internal business requirements documents and product specifications that product, technology, and risk teams can act on without back-and-forth.
• Own the quality of every document that reaches a partner institution — verified, accurate, and written to a professional standard.

Commercial & Governance Reporting

• Prepare portfolio reviews, commercial reporting, and governance-meeting materials — building from data and presenting insights that drive decisions on both sides.
• Design reusable AI-assisted workflows for recurring documentation and reporting tasks so the team gets faster every cycle rather than rebuilding from scratch.
  

Cross-functional Alignment

• Serve as the translation layer between partner institutions and internal teams — ensuring product, technology, and risk understand partner needs, and partners understand what is being built and when.

What We're Looking For

Experience & Background

• 2–4 years in partner- or client-facing roles within banking, fintech, or financial services, with a demonstrable track record of building institutional relationships and managing partner expectations.
• Hands-on daily use of two or more AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or equivalent), with concrete examples of productivity gains — candidates without active AI experience will not pass screening.
• Fluent in Vietnamese and English, written and spoken, at a professional level.
• A startup or fast-growth fintech background is a strong plus; experience in credit, lending, card products, or bank digitalization initiatives is advantageous.

How You Work

• You integrate AI into your daily workflow — drafting partner communications, preparing meeting notes, writing requirement documents, and producing reports — and you build reusable prompt and workflow templates for recurring tasks rather than using AI one-off.
• You synthesize signals from across the partnership into data-informed decisions and recommendations, and you verify every AI-generated output against source material before it reaches a partner.
• You connect the dots across domains — translating between partner language and internal product and technology language — and you coordinate naturally across functions without needing a formal mandate to do so.
• You are self-directed in how you develop: you identify gaps in your own knowledge, find ways to close them, and bring what you learn back to the team.
• You move early on emerging issues, communicate with precision and awareness of downstream impact, and escalate intentionally rather than reactively.

• Business Owner — Makes calls on partner issues and relationship priorities without waiting for direction; accountable end-to-end for the health of assigned partnerships, not just the tasks within them.
• Relationship Manager — Builds and sustains measurable institutional trust; partners stay engaged, escalations get resolved, and the relationship grows stronger through delivery.
• Domain Expert — Understands the co-lending and FI partnership landscape well enough to anticipate partner concerns, document edge cases, and write requirements that need minimal revision internally.
• Strong project coordination and milestone discipline; comfortable managing several priorities at pace.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written — professional fluency required).
• High adaptability and comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
