EVO is our flagship consumer-finance platform — a credit card and cash-loan experience built with leading banks and finance partners to bring fast, fair, and fully digital credit to millions of Vietnamese. We pair AI underwriting, voice agents, and a mobile-first product with deep partner integrations to reach customers other lenders can't. Trusting Social is an AI-first company, and EVO is where that shows up in the hands of real users.
How You'll Make an Impact
The team owns the lending-platform delivery behind EVO, the upcoming partner go-live, installment wallet/card, the card management system, and partner product work. These are compliance-heavy, partner-integrated products with firm go-live dates, and they only ship if operations are tight: clean UAT, disciplined releases, monitored production, and a fast feedback loop back into the product.
We are looking for a Product Operations Specialist to own that operational backbone and fuse it with AI-first execution. You'll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and real-world execution — keeping onboarding, card issuance, payment, and loan-servicing flows reliable at scale while continuously improving how the platform works. This role is designed as a launchpad into product development: you'll start by owning critical operational flows, then move upstream into discovery, solution design, and product decisions based on impact.
What You'll Do
Release & Delivery Operations
- Own UAT cycles, test-data setup, go-live checklists, and release coordination across the team initiatives — partner integration, lending platform, installment wallet/card, card management system, and partner banks.
- Keep multi-track delivery on schedule to firm go-live dates (scheduled timeline), coordinating cutover and post-launch monitoring across partner banks.
Operational Reliability & Execution
- Own the day-to-day health of onboarding, card issuance, payment, and loan-servicing flows; monitor key metrics (onboarding success rate, approval TAT, transaction/disbursement success rate) and proactively surface anomalies.
- Triage and resolve incidents — failed transactions, data mismatches, system errors, partner/customer issues — and drive them to root-cause fixes, not one-off resolutions, within agreed SLAs.
Data, Insights & Automation
- Build and maintain operational dashboards and reports (KPI, SLA, incident trends) using SQL and Sheets.
- Use data to surface where users drop off, where activation fails, and where payments break — and feed those insights into prioritization.
- Use AI as your default way of working — test-case generation, defect summarization, release-note drafting, UAT evidence collation, and reporting automation — to cut manual work and incident volume as scale grows.
Feedback Loop to Product Development
- Act as the voice of operations in product discussions, translating on-the-ground issues into clear problem statements and product requirements.
- Partner with Product Owners to validate solutions and support rollouts; over time, take ownership of small product initiatives as part of your growth path.
Governance & Compliance
- Operate within banking and consumer-credit guardrails (SBV); keep delivery auditable and partner-ready, coordinating closely with Risk and Legal.
What We're Looking For
Must have
- 2–4 years in Product Operations, Fintech/Business Operations, or QA/UAT-delivery roles, with a record of shipping in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong sense of ownership — you own the health of assigned flows end-to-end, not just individual tasks.
- Analytical mindset with hands-on Excel / Google Sheets; SQL is required (tested in screening).
- Release & UAT coordination discipline; comfort with defect/issue tracking (Jira) and writing clear SOPs and workflows.
- AI-first by default: you use AI tools daily and build your own prompts and multi-step workflows to automate parts of your role.
- Strong communication and cross-functional comfort with Product, Engineering, CS, Risk, Legal, and external bank partners.
- Fluent Vietnamese; working English.
Preferred
- Start with AI: automation is your reflexive first step, not a bolt-on (n8n, Make, Apps Script, or equivalent).
- Experience in or adjacent to regulated industries (banking, lending, fintech).
- Familiarity with card issuance, installment/BNPL, or lending/loan-servicing flows.
- Scrappy builder: bonus if you can prototype with Claude Code, Codex, or any vibe-coding tools.
- Thrives in ambiguity and brings order without needing heavy process to get going.
