We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who thrives on execution. Someone who is energized by building campaigns, shipping content, running events, orchestrating GTM workflows, and creating clarity out of chaos.

This is one of the highest-impact roles in our GTM org. You’ll spend 70–80% of your time doing the work — not delegating it.

Your days might look like:

•       Running logistics for a major industry event

•       Shipping a multi-channel demand-gen campaign

•       Building a new one-pager or case study

•       Refining messaging with Sales and Product

•       Using AI to accelerate research, content, or planning

•       Benchmarking competitors and sharpening positioning

What You’ll Do — Go-To-Market & Strategy Alignment

•       Refine ICPs, value props, and messaging with leadership

•       Translate strategy into clear campaigns, deliverables, and timelines

•       Challenge assumptions with insight and data

•       Keep positioning sharp and competitive

Execution & Campaign Ownership (70–80%)

•       Build and run multi-channel demand-gen campaigns

•       Produce collateral: one-pagers, decks, case studies, FAQs, blog posts

•       Manage website updates and messaging refreshes

•       Own event planning, vendors, logistics, and on-site execution

•       Manage freelancers and agencies

Cross-Functional Leadership

•       Partner with Sales to create sales-ready leads

•       Build battlecards, decks, objection handling, case studies

•       Collaborate with Product and Ops to maintain accurate, compliant messaging

•       Keep stakeholders aligned through strong project management

Analytics & Iteration

•       Track pipeline contribution and campaign/event ROI

•       Gather customer and sales feedback

•       Test, learn, and continuously improve

•       Benchmark competitors and adjust positioning

AI-First Mindset

•       Use AI for research, drafting, planning, and design iteration

•       Build reusable playbooks using AI-assisted workflows

•       Help the team adopt AI effectively

What You Bring

•       6–10 years in B2B marketing (SaaS/fintech/regulated industries preferred)

•       Proven success in demand gen, campaigns, events, and content

•       Portfolio of assets you personally built

•       Ability to run events and field marketing programs

•       Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads

•       Ability to manage freelancers and agencies

•       Bonus: experience building early-stage GTM systems
