How You’ll Make an Impact
We are looking for a Data Analytics Assistant Manager to be a core contributor to a high-impact analytics function supporting multiple fintech products and initiatives. You will design robust data foundations, shape product and go-to-market strategies, quantify business impact, and translate complex problems into actionable insights.
You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Leadership, influencing what is built, how success is measured, and how value is delivered. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, manages multiple workstreams, and enjoys building analytics capabilities from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
Data Foundations and Architecture
- Design and maintain scalable data marts and data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery) to enable cross-product analytics
- Define event schemas, data dictionaries, and standardized naming conventions
- Build reusable datasets, tables, and views to support evolving business needs
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and performance across products and stakeholders
Product Analytics
- Own end-to-end analytics across fintech products, from early-stage initiatives to scaled, live offerings
- Define measurement frameworks across the product lifecycle, including usage, performance, and commercial outcomes
- Proactively identify anomalies, performance gaps, and optimization opportunities
- Partner with Product, Sales, and key stakeholders to influence product direction, pricing strategies, and unit economics
Reporting and Automation
- Design and maintain dashboards that provide clear visibility into product and business performance
- Build automated reports, alerts, and data extracts for ongoing monitoring and stakeholder needs
- Establish recurring reporting cadences aligned with business and operational timelines
- Continuously enhance reporting frameworks to scale with product growth and changing requirements
What We’re Looking For
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or product analytics
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation
- Strong working knowledge of SQL for querying and analysis
- Experience in fintech, lending, credit, payments, fraud, or risk-related domains
- Exposure to APIs, eKYC, identity, or risk products
- Experience using BI tools such as Looker, Metabase, or similar platforms
- Basic scripting or automation experience
- Experience supporting sales teams or enterprise clients with data and insights
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced SQL skills (complex joins, CTEs, window functions)
- Experience designing data models and analytics tables from scratch
- Ability to work independently with minimal structure and supervision
- Strong business intuition with a clear understanding of why metrics matter
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and fast-changing priorities
