How you will make an impact in this role
In this role, you will ensure client initiatives are delivered successfully from definition through execution by owning outcomes—not just activities. You will translate client goals into clear success metrics, align stakeholders on what “done” looks like, and drive measurable business impact such as faster time-to-value, stronger adoption, and improved retention or expansion outcomes. By coordinating cross-functional teams, managing dependencies and risks, and proactively removing blockers, you will keep projects on track and delivered on time with high quality.
What you will do
Define success metrics and outcomes
- Partner with Product Manager and client stakeholders to translate goals into clear, measurable success metrics
- Establish baseline, target outcomes, and measurement approach for each initiative
- Ensure every project has a shared definition of “done” tied to business value, not activity
Lead end-to-end project delivery
- Build project plans: scope, milestones, timeline, roles/responsibilities, risks, and dependencies
- Drive cross-functional execution to ensure on-time delivery with high quality
- Facilitate project rituals (kickoffs, weekly status reviews, stakeholder updates, retros)
Track milestones, manage risks, and remove blockers
- Maintain a crisp view of progress, risks, and the critical path
- Proactively identify bottlenecks and escalate when needed—always with solutions and options
- Keep stakeholders aligned through clear communication, documentation, and follow-ups
Operate as a trusted client-facing lead
- Communicate confidently with client decision-makers and working teams
- Manage expectations, handle scope changes, and balance trade-offs (time, scope, quality)
- Ensure stakeholders stay engaged and accountable to what’s needed for success
Continuously improve delivery playbooks
- Contribute to scalable processes, templates, and best practices
- Share learnings across accounts to improve speed and consistency of delivery
What you will need to have
Proven project leadership experience
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives end-to-end (planning → execution → delivery → results)
- Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive decisions in ambiguous environments
Outcome-driven mindset
- Demonstrated ability to define success metrics, track impact, and connect execution to business outcomes
- Comfort working with data to monitor progress and results (dashboards, adoption metrics, KPIs)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication
- Strong client-facing presence with the ability to influence without authority
- Clear, structured communication style—able to simplify complexity for different audiences
Operational rigor
- Skilled in managing milestones, dependencies, risks, and scope changes
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday, Smartsheet) and documentation practices
Collaboration and ownership
- Ability to coordinate across Product/Engineering/CS and keep teams accountable
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to removing blockers and keeping delivery on track
Nice to have (if applicable)
- Experience in SaaS / B2B / enterprise client delivery, onboarding, or implementation
- Familiarity with project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and change management
- Experience managing initiatives tied to retention, expansion, or revenue outcomes (ARR-focused accounts)
