We are building AI-powered solutions that help financial institutions operate smarter, faster, and at scale. Working in highly regulated environments, we focus on delivering technology that boosts performance while maintaining strong standards of compliance and customer experience.

You’ll be part of the team behind Sophia—an AI-powered product designed to elevate telesales and customer engagement for banks and financial institutions, especially across existing customer portfolios. Sophia leverages advanced AI to enable more natural, effective conversations, support personalized outreach strategies, and help organizations scale campaigns while saving time and operational effort. As we bring Sophia to market, you’ll help shape a product that turns telesales into a scalable, measurable growth engine for financial institutions.

How you will make an impact in this role

In this role, you will build and lead the Product Analytics capability for Sophia from the ground up—setting the standards for analytical quality, defining the measurement frameworks and methodologies that guide every initiative, and creating a shared “language of metrics” that aligns Product, Engineering, Design, and Business teams. By translating complex data into clear insights and recommendations, you will directly influence roadmap decisions and accelerate outcomes across adoption, engagement, retention, and monetization. You will also establish trusted reporting structures and dashboards that teams rely on daily, while recruiting, coaching, and mentoring a high-performing team of Product Analysts to scale impact and raise the bar for data-informed decision making across the organization.

What you will do

  • Own the output and quality of the Product Analytics function for Sophia, ensuring insights are accurate, timely, and decision-oriented.
  • Define and evolve product measurement frameworks, including North Star metrics, KPI hierarchies, funnel definitions, and success criteria for initiatives.
  • Develop analytics methodologies and playbooks, such as cohort and funnel analysis, segmentation, causal thinking, and experiment design (A/B testing, holdouts, quasi-experiments where relevant).
  • Partner closely with Product Managers and cross-functional leaders to translate ambiguous questions into measurable hypotheses, analytical plans, and clear recommendations.
  • Establish reporting structures and dashboards (executive-level and team-level), including cadence, ownership, definitions, and governance—so performance is visible and action follows quickly.
  • Build self-serve analytics and standard reporting to reduce ad-hoc requests and enable teams to answer questions independently with confidence.
  • Improve tracking and data quality by working with Engineering/Data teams on event instrumentation, data validation, documentation, and metric consistency.
  • Recruit, coach, and mentor Product Analysts, setting standards for analytical rigor, storytelling, stakeholder management, and career development.
  • Set priorities and manage execution for the analytics roadmap, balancing strategic initiatives with operational support while maintaining high quality.

What you will need to have

  • Proven experience in product analytics, including driving product decisions through metrics, insights, and experimentation.
  • People leadership experience, with a track record of hiring, coaching, and developing analysts into strong business partners.
  • Strong analytical foundations in statistics, experiment design/interpretation, causal reasoning, and translating data into actionable recommendations.
  • Expert SQL skills and hands-on ability to work with large datasets; comfortable navigating complex schemas and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Experience with BI and reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Metabase) and building dashboards that stakeholders actually use.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to influence decisions with clarity—both in written narratives and live discussions with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management: confident partnering with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to align on definitions, priorities, and next steps.
  • A builder mindset: comfortable operating in ambiguity, designing frameworks, and establishing best practices that scale with the team.
  • Nice to have (bonus):
  • Experience with product analytics platforms (e.g., Big Query, Looker)
  • Proficiency in Python/R for advanced analysis or automation; familiarity with modern data stacks (e.g., dbt, Snowflake/BigQuery).
  • Experience working on consumer-facing or high-scale digital products where measurement and experimentation are core to execution.
