Apply

We are building an AI-driven collections platform that enhances efficiency and compliance, helping financial institutions modernize debt recovery operations in a scalable and responsible way.

You’ll join the team behind Collin—a generative AI product designed to transform how collections teams engage with customers. Collin enables unscripted, human-like collection conversations while maintaining robust compliance controls, and is engineered for large-scale deployment. By leveraging AI, Collin helps organizations run more personalized engagement strategies, improve recovery outcomes, and strengthen customer relationships.

How you will make an impact in this role

You will build the foundational data platform that powers every collection operation across our AI-powered stack. By building a centralized system of record for account management, you will create a single, trustworthy source of truth for consumer profiles, account data, contact points, and communication history that serves AI agents, human collectors, compliance teams, and creditor partners. Your work will eliminate data misalignment risks that create compliance exposure, enable consistent operations across channels, and provide the unified memory that allows our AI and human workflows to operate from the same reality. You will own the platform that every product, workflow, and integration depends on, directly impacting compliance integrity, operational consistency, and business scalability in the US debt collection market.

What you will do

  • Define and own the product roadmap for Collection System of Record as the real-time, unified, omni-channel system as the single source of truth.
  • Build unified consumer and account data models that provide trustworthy views of identity, contact points, account balances, payment history, communication logs, and timezone data across clients, portfolios, and channels.
  • Design data quality frameworks including validation rules, enrichment pipelines, deduplication logic, and conflict resolution to ensure data accuracy and auditability for compliance requirements.
  • Establish integration patterns that enable seamless data access for AI voice systems, agent workspaces, dialers, payment processors, reporting systems, and third-party vendor integrations.
  • Coordinate with legal and compliance to ensure system of record architecture meets FDCPA, TCPA, audit requirements, and supports identity verification, disclosure tracking, and contact window enforcement.
  • Create data governance policies including access controls, data retention rules, change management workflows, and master data management processes for consumer and account lifecycle.
  • Establish KPIs for system of record effectiveness including data accuracy rates, API performance, system uptime, data synchronization latency, and integration reliability.

What you will need to have

  • 7+ years of product management experience building data management systems, CRM platforms, or data infrastructure products in financial services or B2B SaaS.
  • Critical for architecting data models, documenting system specifications, and leading cross-functional alignment with engineering, operations, and compliance teams.
  • Deep technical proficiency in data architecture, API design, database systems, and integration patterns to work with engineering teams on schema design, data modeling, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with data quality management and building platforms that serve as single source of truth for multiple downstream systems and user personas.
  • Systems thinking to understand dependencies between system of record and all downstream products including AI agents, human workflows, reporting, payments, and client integrations.
  • Analytical skills with experience in data migration planning, data validation logic, and troubleshooting data integrity issues across complex distributed systems.
  • Customer empathy, first principle problem solving, and extreme ownership.
