We are building an AI-driven collections platform that enhances efficiency and compliance, helping financial institutions modernize debt recovery operations in a scalable and responsible way.

You’ll join the team behind Collin—a generative AI product designed to transform how collections teams engage with customers. Collin enables unscripted, human-like collection conversations while maintaining robust compliance controls, and is engineered for large-scale deployment. By leveraging AI, Collin helps organizations run more personalized engagement strategies, improve recovery outcomes, and strengthen customer relationships.

How you will make an impact in this role

You will shape how creditors experience our platform from day one, transforming client onboarding from a weeks-long process into a streamlined, automated days-long experience. By designing reliable account ingestion workflows, data validation frameworks, and system integration pipelines, you will speed up the onboarding process while ensuring seamless interoperability across our AI-powered collection stack. You will own the end-to-end client lifecycle from initial creditor engagement and account placement through ongoing relationship management and day-to-day operations that directly impact client satisfaction, platform reliability, and business growth in US market.

What you will do

  • Define and own the product roadmap for automated client onboarding that reduces time-to-production from weeks to days.
  • Verify client-specific guidelines and policies (collection strategies, contact rules, compliance requirements) to ensure platform configuration adapts to creditor needs and identify/address capability gaps
  • Build account file ingestion pipelines with validation, enrichment, and error handling across diverse creditor formats but ensuring seamless data flow between client accounts and collection stack (dialers, CRM, payment processors, AI voice, agent workspaces).
  • Establish data mapping specifications, field standardization, and transformation logic for creditor data interoperability.
  • Coordinate with legal and compliance to meet FDCPA, TCPA, and regulatory requirements in onboarding workflows.
  • Create dashboard & report for onboarding status, account placement tracking, and real-time data validation feedback.
  • Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities. Establish KPIs for onboarding effectiveness (time-to-production, data accuracy, account acceptance rate, client satisfaction, first-contact success).

What you will need to have

  • 7+ years of product management experience in financial services technology, debt collection platforms, CRM systems, or B2B SaaS products with complex data integration requirements.
  • Strong English proficiency, critical for leading requirement clarification, decision documentation, and cross-functional discussions with US-based clients, sales, and operations teams.
  • B2B product mindset with ability to manage client relationships, gather requirements from diverse stakeholders, and balance competing priorities.
  • Experience building client onboarding or data integration products, including ETL pipelines, file processing systems, API integrations, and data validation frameworks.
  • Technical proficiency to work with engineering and data teams on system architecture, API specifications, data modeling, and integration patterns.
  • Deep analytical skills with experience in data quality management, validation logic, and troubleshooting complex data workflows.
  • Clear communication skills to articulate technical solutions to non-technical creditor clients and business stakeholders.
  • Customer empathy, first principle problem solving, and extreme ownership.
