How you will make an impact in this role

In this role, you will modernize how we ensure contact and conversation compliance by building automated and real-time auditing capabilities that evaluate regulatory and policy adherence at scale. Partnering closely with Compliance, Legal, Data Science, and Engineering, you will translate complex requirements into executable, auditable systems that teams and regulators can trust. By replacing slow, inconsistent manual sampling with continuous assessment, you will shift compliance earlier in the lifecycle—enabling faster detection of risk, clearer accountability, and stronger, more durable controls as customer contact volume grows and communication becomes increasingly automated.

What you will do

  • Own the product direction for a real-time Contact & Conversation Compliance QA system.
  • Ship mechanisms to audit live contact activity and surface compliance risk with minimal latency.
  • Audit and redesign existing contact compliance processes to remove systemic failure points.
  • Translate regulatory and policy requirements into precise, enforceable system behavior.
  • Define success metrics for compliance effectiveness, detection quality, and operational impact.
  • Design systems that are auditable, explainable, and durable in production.
  • Partner closely with Compliance and Legal to clarify intent, boundaries, and risk thresholds.
  • Work deeply with Engineering and Data teams on system design, trade-offs, and failure modes.
  • Make judgment calls in high-stakes scenarios where correctness matters more than speed.

What you will need to have

  • Have experience building complex platforms in regulated or high-risk domains.
  • Bring strong systems thinking and comfort with real-time or event-driven architectures.
  • Can reason from first principles about compliance, risk, and enforcement.
  • Exhibit high ownership, sound judgment, and a low tolerance for hand-wavy solutions.
  • Communicate clearly in both written and verbal form.
  • Experience with contact platforms or customer communication systems.
  • Background in compliance monitoring, QA automation, or risk detection.
  • Exposure to AI- or rules-based auditing systems.
