We are an AI Fintech company specializing in assessing the credit profiles of consumers in emerging markets combining pioneering AI with large alternative data sources. In 2020 we reached our ambitious milestone of credit profiling 1bn consumers spanning 4 countries - Vietnam, Indonesia, India & the Philippines - and building a platform for the wider industry and the financial services industry, in particular, to provide the 'un & under' served access to credit. Role introduction

This is an exiting role to design the growth engine for our innovative lending partnerships between leading consumer platforms on one end and progressive local banks on the other end. This means identifying new ways to acquire customers for our digital onboarding platforms and managing our existing campaign channels. An important part of this role will be also defining our product positioning to various customer segments, brand visuals and managing our digital marketing assets.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Own Products marketing strategy definition
  • Own Product-Customer Segment-Message-Channel fit
  • Facilitate campaigns execution with customer acquisition channel owners/channels
  • Own DOP landing page design and functionality ownership
  • Own DOP landing page optimization and A/B testing to incrase conversion rates (upto OTP verification)
  • Own Existing customers engagement for x-sell conversions


  • Excellence in English in both written and oral.
  • Good interpersonal and people management skills.

  • 4+ Years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in digital customer acquisition/marketing is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in Growth/Product Management is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in brand management is preferred.
  • Experience with digital onboarding is prefered.
  • Experience in working with engineering teams is prefered.
