How you will make an impact in this role

As a Business Development and Partnership Manager at Trusting Social, you’ll be responsible for identifying strategic business opportunities, building and managing partnerships, and driving growth through collaborative ventures. This role involves developing and executing strategies to establish and nurture partnerships, leading negotiations, and fostering long-term relationships with key stakeholders and external organizations.

The Business Development and Partnership Manager will report to and assist the Head of Sales.

What you will do

  • Develop and manage partnerships to drive business growth and achieve organizational objectives.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership strategies with overall business goals.

  • Lead negotiations and finalize partnership agreements and contracts.

  • Identify business opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and external partners.

  • Act as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your clients.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform partnership strategies.

What you need to have 

Minimum

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or a related field.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and market analysis tools.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, especially under pressure, with a focus on customer empathy and rapid & precise responses.

  • Hardworking and enthusiastic attitude.

  • Fluent in English, good interpersonal and people management skills.

Preferred 

  • Proven track record of developing successful partnerships and driving business growth.

  • Experience in negotiating and finalizing complex partnership agreements.

  • Strong network of industry contacts and the ability to leverage relationships for strategic partnerships.
