As a Senior Delinquency Manager for our Credit Card Business, you will be crucial in managing in-house and outsourced collection teams. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to minimize delinquencies and maximize recoveries, ensuring the health of our credit card portfolio.

The Senior Delinquency Manager - Credit Card Partnership will report to the Risk Director/ Head of the Co-lending Partnership.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement comprehensive delinquency management strategies
  • Led and mentored both in-house and outsourced collection teams
  • Collaborate with partners & cross-functional teams to improve collection performance
  • Design and manage KPIs for both in-house and outsourced collection teams to drive performance and motivation
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to delinquency and collections
  • Analyze delinquency trends and implement data-driven solutions
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Implement innovative technologies to enhance collection efforts
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including bank partners to improve collection performance

What you will need to have 

  • Fluency in Vietnamese and excellent communication skills
  • 10+ years of experience in collections or related financial services roles
  • Proven track record in managing both in-house and outsourced collection teams
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights
  • Experience in designing and implementing collection strategies and KPIs
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices in credit card collections
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
