What you will do
Legal:
- Provide legal advice in liaison with legal consultants, managing all institutional, labor, and compliance matters.
- Monitor changes to laws and regulations, informing all relevant personnel of the changes, and offering suggestions on how to promptly incorporate such changes into the University’s current processes.
- Draft and/or review legal documents, contracts, and agreements, and monitor legal obligations under agreements sent to government authorities related to Trusting Social’s activities.
- Conduct compliance checklists and monitor the implementation of legal compliance at the departmental level.
- Conduct regular compliance, internal policies, and regulations training for employees.
- Maintain good relationships and coordinate with relevant regulatory authorities and stakeholders on industry and company-related matters.
- Compliance, Internal Audit, and Inspection:
- Conduct compliance programs aligned with Trusting Social’s regulations and policies.
- Advise management on potential risks and recommend solutions to ensure compliance and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s operation.
- Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies.
- Conduct non-compliant incidents inspection or collaborate with other stakeholders to conduct the inspection.
What you will need to have
- A bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Management or a related field from a prestigious University.
- Proven knowledge of Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Business Law, and relevant laws such as financial services, data protection, technology.
- A minimum of ten (10) years legal/compliance or internal control experience. Experience working in a multinational environment is an advantage.
- Proficiency in both Vietnamese and English, with exceptional writing and reading skills.
- Ability to think coherently, progressively, and creatively; a passion for education; readiness to take prompt actions with determination and take on new challenges.
