How you will make an impact in this role:
As a Partnership Acquisition Expert/Manager (Online Channel) at Trusting Social, you will be in charge of ensuring that our revolutionary product has a strong presence in the partner network, allowing us to provide the greatest digital experience and credit card product to consumers.
What you will do
- Develop and execute Business plan to acquire targeted partners in order to meet the credit card acquisition targets; contribute to acquisition strategy
- Establish strong connections with key stakeholders of targeted partners through online channels, taking a proactive approach to identify, negotiate, and build relationships.
- Take charge of and assume accountability for commercial deals and associated activities in partnership acquisition; Develop and grow the partnership long term and ensure all opportunities are maximized
- Collaborate with partners to assess their needs, identify the most suitable solution; or identify potential business prospects with innovative product/solution offerings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement partnership initiatives until project launch
- Collaborate with Partner Growth to achieve the mutual target of credit cards
- Make Business reports and assessment, analyze problems and provide solutions to promote business partnership
What you will need to have
- Minimum 3 years of experience and have background in Business Development; fintech, e-commerce, retail background is a plus
- Must have strength in B2B Sales, logical/critical thinking, problem-solving and passionate in building suitable product/solution
- Good teamwork skills, stakeholder management, progressive, dedicated and result-oriented
- Embraces change and adapts to new initiatives/directions with flexibility
- Data-driven & insightful when making decision
