How you will make an impact in this role:
As a Partnership Growth Expert/Manager (Online Channel) at Trusting Social, you will play a crucial role in partner onboarding success, significantly impacting partner growth, our place in partner relationships, and ensuring the greatest ever partner experience while collaborating with us.
What you will do
- Create and implement a partner growth strategy in cooperation with cross-functional teams and the partner acquisition team.
- Implement, optimize, and grow partner onboarding success and growth strategies, growth initiatives, and best practices to boost market share at Online Partner Channel.
- Encourage partner participation and output through frequent business reviews and collaborative business planning.
- Perform in-depth analysis to find areas for growth, streamline procedures, and suggest data-driven tactics for increasing category scale and innovation
- Leverage and develop relationships with key existing and new partnerships by leveraging networks and cultivating a thorough understanding of the partner's business, with the goal of strengthening institutional relationships and opening up new collaboration prospects.
- Proactively cooperate and communicate with internal stakeholders, providing regular progress reports and updates, and implementing solutions to maximize partner performance.
What you will need to have
- Minimum 5 years of experience and have background in Partner Success & Growth; fintech, e-commerce, retail background is a plus
- Must have strength in analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights
- Strong logical/critical thinking, problem-solving and passionate in building product, growth mechanism
- Good teamwork skills, stakeholder management, growth mindset, result-oriented
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Embraces change and adapts to new initiatives/directions with flexibility
- Data-driven & insightful when making decision
