We now seek an enthusiastic Account Executive professional to bolster the efforts of our Account Management team. This individual will be instrumental in ensuring effective engagement with our clients and the seamless execution of sales strategies.
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for facilitating the day-to-day operations of the Account Management team. Your tasks will include preparing and maintaining essential sales documentation, managing customer data, assisting with the development of sales presentations, and providing administrative support to the Account Managers. You will act as a liaison between Account Managers and internal teams, coordinating efforts to meet client needs promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Support Account Managers to maintain a strong & intense relationship with the key stakeholders in Financial Institute, across hierarchy and functional domains, that have signed up or have the potential to work with Trusting Social.
  • Support Account Managers to track and report progress to both the financial institutions and Trusting Social on the key metrics that define the success of the business.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for the financial institutions on all issues related to the execution of our collaboration and coordinating between financial institutions and Trusting Social teams to address them.
  • Building deep domain expertise on the financial technology landscape and aim to become a go-to expert for the financial institutions on their questions related to the industry.
  • Identifying and fleshing out new opportunities that build on our strengths and help financial institutions address their pain points and growth agenda.
  • Coordinating and Responding to any requests for Information/Proposals that financial institutions may initiate in which Trusting Social spots an opportunity to further its cause.
  • Keeping tabs on the competition and articulating the threat early.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in retail banking, especially in credit risk management and sale channels
  • Proven work experience in Account Management or other relevant experience
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
