Job Summary
We are seeking a high-performing, results-driven Consumer Engagement Specialist (CES) to join our team. The CES will be responsible for engaging with financially distressed consumers and working closely with them to identify real solutions that help them regain control of their situation. Success in this role requires exceptional communication skills, strong emotional intelligence, and a relentless drive to deliver impactful results. You will handle consumer concerns, resolve disputes, and ensure a best-in-class engagement experience. Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management:

Product & Industry Knowledge:

Become an expert on Kompato AI’s offerings, ensuring that every consumer receives accurate and valuable insights.

Team Collaboration & Impact:

Work cross-functionally with other departments to optimize engagement strategies and enhance consumer outcomes.

Contribute strategic insights to improve service quality and overall business impact.

What It Takes to Succeed:
✅ A proven track record of success in collections, customer engagement, or financial services.
✅ 5+ years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a related high-impact, consumer-facing role.
✅ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Strong ability to navigate difficult conversations with confidence and empathy.
✅ Proficiency in multiple systems, including CRMs, omni-channel communication platforms, and compliance tools.
✅ A relentless drive to achieve goals and improve performance continuously.
✅ High emotional intelligence and ability to thrive in high-pressure situations.
