How you will make an impact in this role
You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless integration and data integrity of customer accounts across various banking systems and CRMs. By focusing on robust data compliance and workflow efficiency, you will lay the groundwork for a reliable and compliant system, setting a standard for future integration projects. Your leadership will be key in aligning these efforts with business objectives, ensuring that account workflows are optimized for accuracy and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the integration and management of customer accounts, ensuring data integrity across banking systems and CRMs.
- Ensure continuous improvement in data integrity, compatibility, and account workflows.
- Integrate consumer data with CRMs and systems of record.
- Prioritize and implement solutions for enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of account information and workflows.
Requirements
- Strong customer empathy, first principle problem solving, and extreme ownership.
- Robust experience in data integrity and compliance.
- Proficiency in integration with CRM and other systems of record.
- Ability to oversee and improve consumer data integration with systems of record.
- Experience in ensuring compatibility and continuous improvement in account workflows.
- Skills in prioritizing and implementing solutions for account information accuracy and workflow efficiency.
