How you will make an impact in this role

You will create and refine models that extract valuable insights from consumer interactions, optimizing conversational strategies. By implementing automated extraction processes, you will continuously improve the conversational experience. Your work will ensure that Kompato's conversational strategies are effective and compliant, supporting business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Create and refine models to extract insights from consumer interactions.
  • Develop AI models to monitor and assess goal attainment across conversational turns.
  • Implement automated extraction processes for identifying insights, gaps, and drop-off points.
  • Oversee A/B testing initiatives to improve the conversational experience.

Requirements

  • Customer empathy, first principle problem solving, and extreme ownership.
  • Expertise in automated extraction and analysis of conversation insights.
  • Experience in testing and iterating conversational flows.
  • Ability to develop AI models to monitor and assess goal attainment across conversational turns.
  • Skills in implementing automated extraction processes for identifying insights, gaps, and drop-off points.
  • Experience in overseeing A/B testing initiatives to improve the conversational experience.
