We are an AI Fintech company specializing in assessing credit profiles of consumers in emerging markets, combining pioneering AI with large alternative data sources. In 2020, we reached our ambitious milestone of credit profiling 1bn consumers spanning 4 countries - Vietnam, Indonesia, India & the Philippines - and building a platform for the wider industry and the financial services industry, in particular, to provide the 'un & under' served access to credit. How you will make an impact in this role

You will guarantee the reliability and quality of AI systems through robust, automated quality control processes. By establishing feedback loops for system improvement, you will ensure continuous performance monitoring and compliance. Your efforts will uphold the highest standards of AI reliability, supporting Kompato's commitment to quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Guarantee AI systems meet high standards of reliability and quality through automated quality control.
  • Establish automated quality control systems to test and monitor AI performance.
  • Collaborate with QC/QA teams to refine testing protocols.
  • Use feedback from automated tests to improve AI reliability and compliance.

Requirements

  • Customer empathy, first principle problem solving, and extreme ownership.
  • Experience in automated QC testing and continuous performance monitoring.
  • Ability to establish feedback loops for system improvement.
  • Skills in establishing automated quality control systems for AI performance monitoring.
  • Experience in collaborating with QC/QA teams to refine testing protocols.
  • Ability to use feedback from tests to improve AI reliability and compliance.
