We are an AI Fintech company specializing in assessing credit profiles of consumers in emerging markets, combining pioneering AI with large alternative data sources. In 2020, we reached our ambitious milestone of credit profiling 1bn consumers spanning 4 countries - Vietnam, Indonesia, India & the Philippines - and building a platform for the wider industry and the financial services industry, in particular, to provide the 'un & under' served access to credit. How you will make an impact in this role

You will leverage AI capabilities to generate deep consumer insights, informing strategic customer contact and service improvements. By developing AI-driven consumer profile analysis, you will provide actionable insights that enhance decision-making processes. Your contributions will ensure that Kompato's strategies are data-driven and aligned with compliance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage AI capabilities to generate deep consumer insights for strategic improvements.
  • Develop and prioritize enhancements for AI-driven consumer profile analysis and ranking.
  • Drive the creation of actionable insights to improve next-contact decision-making.
  • Work closely with analytics and engineering teams to enhance consumer data interpretation.

Requirements

  • Customer empathy, first principle problem solving, and extreme ownership.
  • Ability to generate actionable insights from consumer profiles.
  • Skills in integrating insights into decision-making processes.
  • Experience in developing and prioritizing enhancements for AI-driven consumer profile analysis.
