Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Product - Generative AI for Enterprise Customer Operations. In this role, you will lead the development of our flagship Generative AI product suite, transforming the banking and finance experience for billions of customers worldwide. Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product vision and continuously refine our roadmap for developing Generative AI agents for banking and financial services.
• Be accountable for product expansion, revenue, and profitability plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize features that will deliver our vision.
• Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap outlining key milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure the product meets the highest standards of quality and performance.
• Lead a team of product managers, developers, data scientists, and engineers to advance our market performance edge.
• Work with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launch and adoption.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and emerging technologies to keep our products competitive and cutting-edge.
• Establish metrics and goals for the product that align with the company's overall strategy.

Must-Have:

• Strategic reasoning grounded in facts and data, with a clear understanding of competitive advantage, market dynamics, and technological growth.
• Ability to zoom in on problems and pain points, and zoom out to maintain a clear picture of business impact and objectives.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to derive key drivers from metrics.
• Mindfulness of the feelings, emotions, needs, and wants of customers and colleagues.
• 10+ years of experience in product management or senior leadership roles, with exposure to AI technologies.
• Excellent analytical and abstraction skills to break down complex problems.
• Exceptional communication skills for articulating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Extreme ownership and a commitment to realizing the vision.
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong learning ability and self-motivation to acquire new knowledge.

Nice-to-Have:

• Degree or strong experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Consulting.
• Experience with Banking & Financial B2B products, especially AI solutions.
• Proven experience in leading and growing a team to deliver successful products.
• Knowledge of AI/Machine Learning topics.
