How You'll Make an Impact

As a Product Manager – Fraud Database, you will be at the forefront of shaping our fraud prevention capabilities. By leading the growth of our fraud database and ensuring it becomes a powerful tool for risk mitigation, you’ll directly contribute to protecting businesses and consumers across the region. Your work will not only enhance trust with our clients but also help us set new standards for fraud prevention as we continue to expand rapidly.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with Clients: Engage with existing clients to collect and contribute valuable data to our fraud database, building strong partnerships to ensure ongoing collaboration.
  • Lead Projects: Drive initiatives related to the development and enhancement of our fraud database, ensuring timely execution and alignment with company objectives.
  • Integrate Data: Oversee the integration of client data into our systems, ensuring accuracy, security, and scalability in collaboration with technical teams.
  • Develop Strategies: Leverage insights from the database to design and implement effective fraud prevention strategies that protect our clients and their customers.
  • Build Relationships: Strengthen connections with key stakeholders to better understand their needs and tailor our solutions to maximize impact.
  • Analyze & Report: Monitor project progress, provide regular updates to senior management, and analyze data outcomes to identify trends that inform future strategies.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, client engagement, or data-driven roles.
  • Strong understanding of data integration processes and database management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and foster collaboration with clients.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical and business teams.

Preferred 

  • Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field is an advantage.
  • Experience in fraud prevention, risk management, or financial services industry.
  • Familiarity with fraud detection technologies, machine learning models, or data security best practices.
  • Proficiency with SQL, data analysis tools, or CRM systems.
  • Track record of successfully leading client-facing projects in a SaaS or fintech environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience at both operational and executive levels.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for clients.
