,How you will make an impact in this role
As a Growth Executive - Credit Score & Leadgen, you will be responsible for the entire lead lifecycle—from sourcing and qualification to conversion and revenue optimization—as part of our journey to become the leading AI Lending platform in Asia.
This role places you at the intersection of lead generation via data partnerships (e.g., Telco, E-wallets, Digital Platforms), score product development, and financial institutions, where you'll help design and execute data-driven growth solutions that unlock scalable and responsible lending.

Responsibilities
Product Ownership - Lead Funnel:
- Work with Data Partnerships (e.g., Telco, E-wallets, Digital Platforms) to identify and manage diverse lead sources.
- Design and manage custom lead packages for each partner, including bidding setup where necessary.
- Define lead quality tiers based on risk appetite, product segmentation, and data profile.
- Monitor and optimize lead quota, traffic capacity, and quality per source/channel.
Lead Routing & Client Matching Strategy:
- Build and maintain a Rule Engine or Decision Framework to match leads with the right bank/finance clients.
- Match each lead type to clients based on risk-reward balance and real-time performance.
- Manage multi-client dynamic allocation to maximize conversion and monetization.
- Continuously refine lead matching logic with insights from data and campaign outcomes.
Growth Execution & Funnel Optimization:
- Operate lead-to-conversion campaigns across channels and product types (loan, card, BNPL).
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution: segmentation, targeting, messaging, tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to improve conversion and reduce drop-offs.
- Launch product-led growth experiments: automation flows (SMS, ZNS, bots), UX tweaks, incentive triggers.
- Utilize feedback and data to pinpoint areas of friction and refine the overall user experience.
- Find insights and propose new ideas to expand lead generation and credit scoring opportunities, maximizing both revenue and profit across channels and partners.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring:
- Analyze lead performance data to identify patterns, trends, and inefficiencies.
- Prepare growth reports, campaign summaries, and insight packs for internal stakeholders and clients.
- Proactively suggest data-driven strategies to optimize product, routing, or channel strategy.
Client-facing Product Support (Post-deal - Ad hoc):
- Support AM and client teams during onboarding and scaling of scoring programs.
- When needed, collaborate on refining lead packages, expectations, or risk configurations.
- Present lead behavior insights to support strategic alignment.
Requirements
For All Levels:
- A strong sense of ownership, hustle, and intellectual sharpness.
- Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
- Passion for user growth, fintech innovation, or digital product development.
- Curious to learn fast and comfortably with ambiguity and fast-paced changes.
For Freshers / Juniors (0-2 years):
- Background in business, economics, tech, data, or related fields.
- Demonstrated learning agility or internship experience in digital product or operations.
- Bonus if you've worked with telco data, credit products, or marketing/sales campaigns.
For Mid / Senior Levels (2+ years):
- Experience in product growth, fintech, telco, or consumer credit domains.
- Track record in campaign operations, lead management, or digital user journeys.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to drive cross-functional alignment.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to credit scoring, financial product sales, or unsecured lending.
- Experience working with automated engagement flows (e.g., CRM, ZNS, telesales).
- Understanding of B2B2C models and data-driven product growth strategies.
