We're looking for a highly specialized and data-driven Email Marketing Manager to lead our B2C personalized email strategy for the US Market. This pivotal role focuses on designing and implementing advanced, data-driven customer journeys to maximize engagement, conversions, and loyalty through targeted email campaigns. If you have a strong background in e-commerce email marketing with a deep emphasis on personalization and customer segmentation, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute personalized email marketing campaigns based on customer profiles, segments, interactions, and intent.
- Develop automated email workflows and journeys to nurture leads, onboard customers, and drive repeat purchases within an e-commerce context.
- Utilize customer data and analytics to optimize email performance and personalize content.
- Provide insights and guide AI product development to automate segmentation, journey design, and copywriting
- Manage and optimize email marketing platforms and tools.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine email campaigns and improve key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and product, to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign execution.
- Monitor and report on email marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, particularly in the e-commerce space.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in email marketing, with a strong focus on personalized journeys and customer segmentation.
- Proven experience in e-commerce email marketing, including transactional emails, promotional campaigns, and lifecycle marketing.
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms and automation tools (e.g., Mautic, Klaviyo, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for creating engaging and personalized customer experiences.
- Interest and familiarity with working with AI and machine learning is a plus.
