Role Overview:
As the Head of Enterprise Sales, you will be a key player in realizing our Vietnam 2025 vision. You will lead the Enterprise Sales team, driving the adoption of Trusting Social products by financial institutions in Vietnam. You will own the P&L for enterprise sales and ensure seamless integration and execution of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assume ownership of P&L for enterprise sales in Vietnam.
- Lead the Enterprise Sales team to drive adoption of Trusting Social products by financial institutions.
- Define and manage the product roadmap for the Enterprise business.
- Ensure smooth integration and flawless execution of products and services for clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in banking and financial services.
- At least 5 years of experience managing P&L of at least $1 million per annum with high growth.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Enterprise Sales to the banking industry.
- Extensive network in the banking industry in Vietnam.
- Deep understanding of banking operations, consumer finance risk, and technology applications in modern banking.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand banking products and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Uncompromising ethics and the ability to make sound business decisions.
- Willingness to travel regularly between Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
- Nice to have: Advanced degree or experience working in developed countries.
